Docker image file is getting full. Docker in directory not Img.

Featured Replies

Hello,

fix common problems shows me: Docker image file is getting full. I tried several things, even deinstalling most Docker Containers, but the 88 % remained.

Here are some screenshots of my settings.

Probably I did something wrong at the setup. But, unfortunately, I do not remember.

Thanks for any help.

Peter

The usual cause of filling docker img is an application writing to a path that isn't mapped.

Post docker run for each.

The problem with the docker image started before I istalled krusader. But I changed the recycle bin settings anyway, but no change with the problem

On your Docker page, click Container Size button at bottom and post the results.

I tried this several times. But at first it did not show anything, even after 5 h.

then I restarted the server and got this:

Container Size

Name                                            Container                Writable                 Log

Krusader                                        1.13 GB                  3.12 MB                  20.6 kB
Plex-Media-Server                               349 MB                   338 kB                   17.1 kB
ClamAV                                          76.3 MB                  0 B                      15.3 kB
Total size                                      1.56 GB                  3.46 MB                  52.9 kB

but only short after I start the docker service. 2 min later there is olny the waiting sign again .

Also: if I do a mouseover in the dashboard it shows this: If I read this right, it would be over 6 TB for Docker? WhatsAppBild2024-09-16um06_27.22_0654c612.thumb.jpg.0e14d103869ba7b305c61cacbbf4b231.jpg

I think, I found the Problem/solution. Since I use directory instead of image, the "docker Image is getting full" refers to the disk the directory is on. so I only have to move some stuff to another disk so the disk is less full. I try this now and report later

ok, this seem to solve the Problem.

Thank you for your help.
