Unraid 6.12.13 Server Freezing and Becoming Unresponsive – Need Help with Troubleshooting

Featured Replies

'm running Unraid version 6.12.13 on my setup, which includes an AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core @ 3000 MHz, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, X370 GAMING PRO CARBON motherboard (MS-7A32), and a Sapphire RX 560 GPU.

The issue I'm facing is that my Unraid server keeps freezing up and becoming completely unresponsive, forcing me to do a hard reset to get it back up and running. Here are some details about what I’ve done so far:

My network settings are set to ipvlan, which I configured based on recommendations from other forums.

I've switched my USB to 2.0, as suggested in troubleshooting threads.

I've run a Memtest for around 2 hours, and it didn't show any errors.

I performed read checks on the arrays, and no issues were detected.

The freezing issue persists even when the array is turned off.

I'm at a bit of a loss here and would greatly appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps that might help solve this problem. Has anyone else faced similar issues or have any suggestions on what I could try next?

Thanks in advance!
