What do you mean the array shuts down? Also please confirm the download in Chrome before attaching it, so that it comes as a zip file.

    That means the server is not shutting down cleanly, is that after a shutdown/reboot command by you or is the server rebooting by itself? You can check the uptime, if you are not sure.
