I wonder why the flash backup twice by Appdata Backup plugin?

One location in /mnt/disk1

And then the second location inside the Appdata backup?

Because you told it to copy it there:

Also you typically never want stuff at the root of the drives, should be in a share i.e. top level folder on the drive.

So, you mean even if I don't specify copy the flash backup to a custom destination, it will still backup inside the regular Appdata backup?  If that is the case, I will disable the custom destination.  Thanks.

Please use the existing plugin support thread, you can find it by going to the plugins tab, then click "support thread"
