New HD Shows "Unmountable wrong or no file system"

I'm currently on unRaid 6.12.10. I'm waiting a month before installing 6.12.13 (almost there).

However, on Wednesday, I tried replacing a 4TB drive with a 22TB drive. I formatted it using XFS, and it completed successfully. However, now the array is showing that drive as "Unmountable wrong or no file system."

I've run the diagnostics (attached) and have the array started in Maintenance mode. I saw where a previous forum post talked about running the command xfs_repair -v /dev/mdXX, but that returned the error "fatal error -- couldn't initialize XFS library."

I'm hoping someone here can help.

That's not the correct command, you're missing p1 in the end, but the disk is showing a strange partition error, reboot and post new diags after array start.

Phase 1 - find and verify superblock...
bad primary superblock - bad magic number !!!

attempting to find secondary superblock...
.................................................................................................................................................

And then continues to fill the screen with dots.

Is this what you wanted?

I've solved the problem. I had to stop the array as this drive's file system was set to auto. I changed it to xfs, started the array, and saw the format button lower on the Main tab screen. I formatted, and all is good.

Thanks for your help.
