Hi,

I accidentally hit new config without saving the array details.

I do have a backup which I flashed on the USB, however three of the disks show: Unmountable: Unsupported or no file system 

Now I tried to repair it with a disk rebuild, but nothing changed.

I have added the diagnostics, can someone please help?

Disk rebuild won't fix an unmountable disk, but just doing a new config won't delete any data, unless you assign a data disk as parity, can you describe in more detail everything that happened?
