I'm running a Dell PowerEdge T340 with an Intel Xeon E-2146G CPU and I'm trying to enable hardware transcoding in Jellyfin using the Intel iGPU.

When running the command 'intel_gpu_top', I get the error 'No device filter specified and no discrete/integrated i915 devices found'.

The only GPU being detected seem to be the embedded Matrox controller, which, from what I understand, comes from the iDRAC?

I'm using Unraid version 6.12.11 and pretty much everything is up-to-date.

 

I have been trying to fix this issue for a while now and it feels like I've scrapped all corners of the internet and done everything I could with my limited knowledge. Thank you in advance for the help

You seem to be out of luck, a quick google search suggested that you cannot enable the integrated Intel GPU on that Platform.

Oh god this is embarrassing 😅 Can't believe something as widespread as iGPU isn't supported on a workstation... Not even that old. Anyway Quadro P2000 it is, thanks anyway.
