I broke my connection by unselecting all of the NIC/ethernet ports

Featured Replies

I’m a total newbie and while trying to figure out how to change ethernet settings I unselected the multiple cards/NIC’s in the Network settings area resulting in total lack of access now. I left the NIC that is currently connected selected thinking it would just “unbridge” the ports? Yes, I know, dumb move by a total newby fool! Any solutions on how to regain access?

Thank you!

Delete/rename /boot/config/network.cfg and network-rules.cfg and reboot, that will return the settings to default DHCP.

Thank you, Jorge! I was finally back home today, and in under five minutes, I was back up and running!
