jellyfin container as a DVR, how can I run a post processing script from the container?

Hello!

 

I'm new to unraid and containers in general and so I'm not sure how I would 'install' a post processing python script that requires other things like ffmpeg (possibly already there for Jellyfin) and comskip from inside the container itself(!)

 

I realise I'm probably missing something simple.

 

Can anyone help?
