cache drive not accessible all of a sudden?

hi,

 

every now and then my cache drive keeps getting "empty". It is happening when the TEMPERATURE only shows a "*" and no number anymore. Then the drive becomes "empty" and is only recoverable when going offline and reconnecting physically on the board again. why is that?

Is there a method to never let it go to sleep?

    That suggests the device is dropping offline, please post the diagnostics after that happens but before rebooting.
