Running for 1 year, now all my drives are unassigned

Featured Replies

I've been up and running on unraid for about a year,

A few weeks back I had some issues with one of my larger drives but they were not critical (Reported Uncorrect errors were climbing slowly on one of my larger 16tb drives)

This morning i went to investigate further and could not get the Unraid web interface to load.  I could not SSH into the box and there was no output on the monitor i have attached to the server.  I power cycled the server and when it came back up, the web interface was working but it was telling me that my license key had expired or been blacklisted.

I managed to get the license key reapplied but now it appears that all my array information was lost.  Every device is marked as unassigned.  Is there a way to recover this?  I'm not sure I have the info written down anywhere ( i cant recall which of 6 disks was the parity disk)

If do end up rembering, and i assign these drives in the correct devices slots where they were assigned before, would this wipe out the data that's on those disks?

Edit: finally found this article in the documentation. I'm going to try the steps listed here.
