October 2, 20241 yr I have an existing zfs cache pool with 1 disk (1TB). I want to add a second disk for redundancy. However, when I add the 2nd 1TB disk and try to start the array, it throws an error. It states 'wrong pool state: new device too small'. I googled a bit and tried a few things that didn't work. Hoping this group can help get me back on track. Diags attached. unraid-diagnostics-20241002-1616.zip
October 3, 20241 yr Author Solution I fixed this, maybe not in the optimal way. I did the following: -Moved everything to the array off the cache -Did a new config and put both disks in the cache -Started the array -Formatted both drives. -Moved things back to the cache.
