February 16, 201214 yr This is from my syslog: Feb 16 14:05:00 UNRAID kernel: atd[16232]: segfault at b78a351c ip b78a351c sp bf829744 error 15 in ld-2.11.1.so[b78a3000+1000] (Errors) Feb 16 14:05:01 UNRAID kernel: crond[16238]: segfault at b77ef51c ip b77ef51c sp bfa8ee14 error 15 in ld-2.11.1.so[b77ef000+1000] (Errors) Feb 16 14:10:01 UNRAID kernel: crond[17197]: segfault at b77ef51c ip b77ef51c sp bfa8ee14 error 15 in ld-2.11.1.so[b77ef000+1000] (Errors) Feb 16 14:12:00 UNRAID kernel: atd[17470]: segfault at b78a351c ip b78a351c sp bf829744 error 15 in ld-2.11.1.so[b78a3000+1000] (Errors) Any time I try to use the at command it gives me that error. Also plex has an entry every 5 minutes to make sure it is running and it gives me that segfault every 5 minutes as well. How can I trace these and figure out where my problem is? I have only been using unRAID for 3 days and have completed started from scratch twice already because for one reason or another each time I have a problem. This is the third time but first time I have had an issue with at or crontab... Please help! I really dont want to do it again tonight. If I do have to though how do I erase my parity drive before letting it sync...I think it wrote some data back that didnt match and was the culprit on some other issues I just finally got fixed a little bit ago.
February 16, 201214 yr Start with a clean install and let it run for a while to make sure that an add-on is causing the problem.
February 16, 201214 yr Author Like I said this is the first time I have had any segfaults before it was just issued getting my servers to startup with the machine....Im pretty certain it isnt hardware. at worked great on my previous clean install attempts, so did crontab. Thanks...anybody out there know how to trace it?
February 17, 201214 yr Author I figured it out. I used Massive install to setup my box for my second attempt...for whatever reason it breaks atd and crond.
