October 5, 20241 yr Hi I ordered a 20 Tb sas drive thinking to add it to my array and move a 18Tb to the existing 18Tb parity drive creating dual parity, forgetting the rule about parity being the largest. So any help on what my options are ?
October 5, 20241 yr Community Expert If you want dual parity you can add the new drive as parity2, or replace the current parity with the new drive and move the old one to the array as data, if you want to keep single parity.
