Hello! And license...

Featured Replies

Hello! New unRAID user here. I have my system set up and am just building the array right now. I have 4x 3TB drive so I purchased the $69 license. Does it in fact take a day or two to get the new key? I'm accustomed to shareware and even commercial products emailing keys within minutes.

Great product btw!

So once I get my key, my additional 3TB will become "available" to add to the array? I have a couple of 2TB "green" Seagate drives. Are those usable to add to it or am I better off with the regular Barracuda drives?

any drive will work.  (I've got everything from 8Gig to 2TB disk drives in my arrays)

3TB drives are only supported in unRAID 5.0 beta versions.  unRAID 4.7 supports drives 2TB and smaller.  Your Plus key will work on both versions.

Yep I'm running the latest beta, and still waiting for my key. :P
