Random system freezes

very very new to unraid , finally got everything set up and running but my system keeps freezing any where between a hour or 5 hours max. completely just freezes i installed fix common problems and it told me to export my logs due to a possible hardware issue, looking to see if i could possibly get some help or if anybody can see something im missing somewhere? note. i ran memtest for about 24 hours to check memory no errors there any help would be greatly appreciated

this worked had to google or about a hour to find the c state stuff for my bios but that has seemed to finally work been up for a full 24 hour now , no freezes thanks
