Hi,

Hope someone will be able to point me in the right direction, as to what I'm doing wrong. I have my basic key installed and server working fine. Running on 7 Beta 3. When I go to unraid.net and try to register server for unraid connect, I get the following error:

 

 

The system then shows unregistered until I recover the key again, which works fine. The key is there in the config directory fine.

 

This is what shows in the logs:

 

Oct 10 22:46:26 UNRAID emhttpd: error: get_key_info, 674: Invalid argument (22): stat: /boot/config/Basic.key
Oct 10 22:46:26 UNRAID emhttpd: Unregistered Missing key file (ENOKEYFILE2)

Hi there, I don't think you're doing anything wrong. I was able to recreate your issue.

 

I just released the change to our Register for Connect page that should hopefully sort out your issue.

 

Please try once more and let me know if it works.

 

You should see a success message like this after registering –

Then click the "Configure Connect Features" to get going with setting things up.

Nothing reported in the logs on my server.

I seem to have solved the problem, after reinstalling the Unraid Connect plugin

I have the same issue. I can not register my server.

Deleting and reinstalling the Unraid Connect plugin does not work.

 

I hope anyone help me with this problem?

I have the same issue for weeks now. I've tried reinstalling Unraid Connect plugin, but it's not working.

Also having the samen problem. Does anyone has a fix?

Sadly i'm having the same problem, started when i updated to unraid 7 rc1.

Another thing that can help and is not on the list, is to disable IPv6 if enabled.
