This suggests a hardware problem, start by running memtest, also post the complete diagnostics.

No known issues with that hardware, see if memtest finds something, but keep in mind that memtest is only definitive if it finds errors, if you have multiple sticks try using the server with just one, if the same try with a different one, that will basically rule out bad RAM.

i have new ram on its way i can't even run xmp without a crash

it was working fine untill i started running SAB and under load i get crashes

Note that XMP is an overclock and should normally be disabled on a server.
