Unraid Crashes Randomly

Featured Replies

Hi!

Ive been an Unraid user for over 9 months now and have used it mainly as a VM/Docker manager, only really using a couple nvme drives for appdata and a cache, All other drives are either an Unassigned device (Storage space and Truenas Pool)

Been using Unraid as i really love the simplicity and ease of use compared to other NAS options but as of lately ive been experiencing serious crashes randomly.

Ive attached a Diagnostics log to see if anyone could shead some light on this as its becoming frustrating and im consitering the move to Baremetal truenas etc

Crashes are related to the NVidia GPU, try running the server without it, or without the NVidia driver, to retest.

Ive disabled the Nvidia driver and so far no errors or anything, Do you know why the gpu would be causing these issues, Need transcoding of some sort on my unraid server and the igpu cant handle my workload

No sorry, never used a GPU with Unraid, you can try posting in the Nvidia plugin thread to see if there are any suggestions.
