Hello everyone, I am at a complete loss and have no clue where to go for some guidance. In December 2023, I made my first unraid server build in. I have 10 Hard drives inside the case. when the build was done, the server was running extremely smoothly without any issues, i had 30 days uptime no problem. however i have been getting this issue where every 2 days or so the unraid server completely disconnects, but the hardware itself is still powered on. The disks are spinning, fans are turning etc. When this happens the server responds to ping but does not load the UI, I have also plugged in an external monitor and keyboard and it does nothing.

 

Can anybody advise me as to what could be going on exactly here? I got no clue what to do next.

Assuming the syslog previous is after a crash, there's nothing relevant logged, but make sure this has been taken care off, even if it wasn't a problem before:

First of all thanks for your time i will take a look and check the bios settings, let's see if this solves my issue.

 

I have included on the zip de diagnostic zip  and attached syslogs pre-fail and after the fail.

Seams that the settings on the bios solved my issues, thx for you help i will wait until next wednesday 23th and mark as solution.
