"Event viewer" equivalent?

Featured Replies

My server just rebooted and I'm not sure why. I checked the log and it looks like it resets when it reboots.

Is there anything like the Windows "Event Viewer" in unRAID?...anywhere else I can go try to find out what happened?

You can enable the syslog server.

True. That won't help solve this mystery, though. I'm so curious as to what happened because it's never done this...it's been running for literally YEARS and has only ever been shut down MAYBE 6-8 times for updates, long power outages, etc. Really makes me wonder.

There's no way to get a previous syslog if that wasn't enabled.
