Is there anyway to clear everything on my cache drive and USB except what's needed to run unRAID?

I ask before I've tried to installed couch potato/sickbeard/sabnzbd half a dozen times out unsuccessfully so there's tons of crap on there I want to clean out and install it once properly.

    Format the flash and reinstall unRAID. Save the key file. The shares will appear with default settings.

    Make sure you read any messages before pressing the Start and make sure you only start if the message say it will be building parity. And do not press the Format button if your disks appear unformatted.
