I havent upgraded my unraid for years. Few days ago i just update unraid to the latest version. It turns to be extremely slow. Opening unraid website is extremely slow. Accessing disk is also slow. It is even more slow when I start download using qbittorrent (qbittorrent only have access to cache drive.)

 

Not sure why. Can anyone take a look at my diagnostics?
