I had a water leak and fried my motherboard a couple months ago during a rebuild

I migrated my stuff to a new tower, (Without water cooling), new motherboard.

I am trying to get the server rolling again.

It appears not all of my drives are recognized.

 

I am running 16 drives through my HBA

1 drive through sata on board.

 

Where should I start my trouble shooting?

do I have bad drives? bad cables?

    Swap both cables from a drive that is not being detected with one that is, and see where this issue follows.
