BR10i can't burn disks

I can't burn any DVD disks with my BR10i, so I've flashed it to 3081E-R with lastest firmware 01.33.00.00, BIOS 6.36.00.00 but it still has problem. I've changed 3 different burners and a lot of burning software but no use. Anyone knows how to solve this problem, please help me.

    What version of unRAID are you trying to use to burn discs? IIRC, unRAID does not include the needed drivers for any disc burning regardless of whatever drive controller you're using. You need a modified version of unRAID with a custom configured Linux kernel.

    almost all RAID cards and HBA's do not support CD/DVD drives.

    you would have to use onboard ports or a sata card.

     

    also you have to use an OS that supports it (unRAID does not as far as i know.)
