Unable to Boot After Outage

Featured Replies

Experienced a power outage while I was out of town and unfortunately by the time power was restored my UPS had already gone through it's battery. Unraid attempted to reboot however it now keeps getting stuck in the boot at
Sata4: SATA link up 3.0Gbps (SStatus 123 SControl 300)
it boots 2 other disks before this and then stops, this is worrying as I have several (8 disks total) that are in my array. I have attempted both Safe Mode with GUI as well as Safe Mode without GUI and every attempt leads back to this. Has anyone else run into this and if so were you able to recover from it and most importantly if you were, how did you recover from it?

Try booting with a different flash drive using a stock Unraid install, no key needed, just to see if it boots

Sorry about the late response, so fresh install of Unraid on USB
no disks - stuck on boot
Thinking the power outage may have very well compromised my raid controller, as I've tried 1,2 and no disks and it keeps getting hung up. Thankfully it's ix Systems 6 bay 4 Opteron server and I already have 3 other identical ones sitting in my home lab. 1 of which I was deciding what to do with (well I guess I know now). Hopefully it will be just a process of swapping out the bays, inserting the USB and taking off like nothing even happened. We'll see.
