SMART Error on Disk 1

Hi guys, 

I would appriciate a lil help since I dont really know whats going on. My Disk 1 is showing a smart error. Maybe one of you thats more knowledged than me could explain to me what exactly is wrong and what I should do (replacing drive, just acknowledging the error etc). The drive name is disk 1 :

    SMART is showing some issues, run an extended SMART test and if it passes acknowledge the errors and keep monitoring
