webgui/ssh/cmd unreachable and frozen

Featured Replies

Hello randomly within every few weeks I would get notifications from my orangePi running uptimekumo would give me notifications that my docker containers are crashing. I would attempt to access the webgui, ssh or console and wont be able to access it and the console even when plugged into a monitor would be unresponsive. This was occurring on V6.12 I upgraded a week ago into v7 beta 3/4 thinking that would fix it. I have gotten two complete crashes within the last week and have to do a hard reboot. I finally setup logs and attached them if anyone is able to help me.

Not seeing anything out of the ordinary logged, do you know the time code from when it last happened?

It happened on the 31st around 1015 that's when I stated to get notifications of docker apps not responding

Last entry is:

Oct 31 04:40:14 KMcloud root: Fix Common Problems: Warning: Syslog mirrored to flash

Post the syslog that was being mirrored to flash, in case there's more there.

How do I get that information.   I thought that's what I've posted

It will be in the flash drive logs folder.

It's the same, so nothing new, and so missing any entries close to the crash, one thing you can try is to boot the server in safe mode with all docker containers/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one, including the docker containers.
