I have used Unraid OS for one year, everything works fine until I upgrade Unraid OS last night.

This morning, I cannot link to my Jellyfin App. The I use HDMI to check, it only boot to BIOS, and with no booting device configuration.

When I insert the unraid os usb device to windows, I cannot access it.

 

Does it means the USB device is broken totally ? I need to use a new device and reconfigure everything again ?

If Windows cannot read the flash drive this suggests a problem with the flash drive.

 

Do you have am up-to-date backup?

yes， it seems before/after I update os, it's backup automatically. I am not sure, but I can see a backup in my Unraid Connect. Do you mean this ?

That would do.  There are various ways to create backups of the flash drive and Connect is one of them. Using that backup to create a fresh flash drive would get you back up running with all settings intact.

Thanks. One more question, I only have two disks. But I am not sure their locations, does it work if I use a wrong slot ? Or I can just fix them in new OS ?

If you use the backup that will have your settings included so it should ‘just work’.
