November 3, 20241 yr Community Expert You can try redoing the flash drive, backup the current one first and then redo it using the USB tool, confirm it boots, and if restore the complete /config folder from the backup and retest, if there are issues again it will be a config problem.

Looks like you had devices bound to vfio like the igpu hence why details stop on screen. Have a look a vfio-pci.cfg either delete or remove entries. It is in /boot/config

November 3, 20241 yr Select proper boot device as it says. It isn't even trying to boot your Unraid flash drive.
