November 4, 20241 yr I just completed moving files from a REISERFS disk to an XFS disk, which was set up as an excluded drive. I have swapped the two drives and need to physically remove the old REISERFS drive to make way for a larger parity drive. I unassigned the REISERFS drive but it shows my shares with the orange exclamation point symbol. I am concerned that when I assign a new drive to the slot which now has the excluded unassigned drive, it will rebuild the old REISERFS drive. I would like to rebuild the new larger parity drive without this excluded unassigned REISERFS drive.

That's normal, unless you reformat with a different filesystem.
