因为使用NAS的时间比较集中，所以设置了休眠功能，想要在使用的时候通过一些自动化流程来提前唤醒，目前能想到的就是SSH，那么有什么命令可以直接唤醒所有的&部分的硬盘，又是否有命令可以休眠？

最好是比较直接的方法。
