November 8, 20241 yr I'm new here and I'm thinking of building a small Unraid server to backup my 35TB Synology NAS (and maybe in the long run I'll move both to Unraid). I am looking for hardware vendors preferably here in Australia who sell pre-built machines with: * Simple/cheap (don't want to run containers on it, use the Synology for this) * Capacity for ca. 40TB of disks, maybe 5-6 bays? * Smallish physical footprint * Unraid does not need to be preinstalled, but would be good of course. 🙂 Any suggestions?
