Are you sure you cannot have disturbed the cabling in any way as I cannot see any sign of disk5 in the diagnostics?  How is disk5 connected?

What release were you upgrading from and to?    The diagnostics are taken on 6.12.10 whereas the latest stable release is 6.12.13.

If it was just the upgrade then you can downgrade to the previous release to check that the upgrade is the cause.

Rebooted remotely, I am not on the same continent of my server. Upgraded to latest release, lost my array then downgraded to 6.12.10 and still didn't get anything. Upgraded to 6.12.11 and I have everything but my 2nd cache pool, one of the hard drives isn't showing. Scared to ever upgrade again.

That confirms the upgrade was not the problem.

Well it seems it was, that was the only change. Why would upgrading to going to 6.12.11 fix the issue?

You seem to be slightly contradicting yourself as you say you cannot see disk5 under any release unless I have misunderstood what you are saying.    As I mentioned the diagnostics you posted are for the 6.12.10 release and they do not show any sign of disk5.   You would need to post diagnostics that DO show disk5 for us to think that the upgrade made disk5 disappear.   I am not saying that it is impossible for an upgrade to have an adverse effect but then downgrading fixes the issue until we can investigate why the issue occurred.

I posted the diagnostics in my 3rd post when the change to another version made the disk re-appear.

Upgrade back to 6.12.13 and post new diags from that one for comparison.

Just upgraded and the array is fine. Not sure what happened early but I am good to go, thank you for your support!
