I hope I'm posting this question on the proper forum - I'm thinking about setting up unraid for the following usage - Web Hosting (around 20-30 sites) , Plex, Few Dockers. 

I would like to know what would be a better approach - setting up a custom-made system or going with TERRAMASTER F6-424 Max.

    Custom means you're on support, not to mention being responsible for picking parts and assembling. It can be exactly what you want though.
