Certain Docker Containers losing config after install

Featured Replies

Hi,

Got a bit of a weird one for you. I'm having issues with certain docker containers that were working fine but whatever reason won't hold their configs now. For example I've deleted my docker image and reinstalled apps from the previous apps tab with all the old settings there fine and most containers work okay (plex for example, absolutely fine) but for some reason some others won't hold the settings in place (e.g duckdns), I've tried completely reinstalling the app from scratch and just copying the settings from the old template and it says it completes fine but when you go back into edit, everything is back to default.

What does work is changing the name of the container so if i call it duckdns2 then it'll install fine but i'm worried if i do this with all the problematic containers its going to break something somewhere (plus its killing my OCD)

Included diagonistics, currently got 4 containers installed, two working (audiobookshelf and plex) and two not working (duckdns and delugevpn) There are others that are working and then theres others that are currently broken but haven't got around to reinstalling everything.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Ah, after some more trial an error, I deleted the folder view plugin and we're back in business!. Wonder why that plugin causes it to break?
