November 15, 20241 yr All that looks correct to me. If you browse the media share in that view, do the missing files show up?
November 15, 20241 yr Author more weirdness.. i have a media share and a Movies share dockers are mapped to the movies mapping /mnt/user/Movies/TV/ now same show sonarr is only seeing season2
November 15, 20241 yr Author this stuff be working for years, and only a few days ago i realize the disconnect from back like Juneish 2024
November 24, 20241 yr Is "Use Hardlinks instead of Copy" enabled? Mine was and causing completed files to move to user0 instead of their correct pool.

November 27, 20241 yr Author decided to try and throw in the 2nd path "host path 4" but sonarr is saying its all existing and wont let it import
December 1, 20241 yr Author is there a way i can reset shares or something? anyone? should i submit a bug report?
December 1, 20241 yr Community Expert I wonder why nobody asked for the diagnostics at some point. Cause working of incomplete screenshots is like putting a jigsaw puzzle together while being blind.

December 1, 20241 yr Community Expert I’m gonna be honest here, you need to do a thorough analysis of your docker container path mappings. I think you have your dockers mapped to wrong locations and are putting the blame on Unraid. for example, you said you have a “Media” share and a “Movies” share. That alone tells me you messed up mapping movies in one of your dockers and it created a Movie share. You should have mapped your “Movies” to /mnt/user/Media/Movies but instead you probably have /mnt/user/Movies. this has nothing to do with “user” and “user0” which I think you’re wrongly putting blame on. also the screenshots up a few posts of your host paths edits you’re putting /mnt/user to /mnt/user/Movies/TV. You’d never do this instead you’re supposed to map /TV on the container side to /mnt/user/Media/TV TL;DR you need to check every docker path map to make sure they’re properly mapped to the host locations. Also make sure you’re properly using capitalization because it matters (Movies and movies would be two separate locations) you also need to move any files that are outside the Media share back into the media share under the respective directories or you won’t see all your files. you can use the unbalanced plugin to move them. DO NOT MOVE FILES BETWEEN USER AND USER0 Edited December 1, 20241 yr by MowMdown
December 2, 20241 yr Author this have been working for the past few years i dont believe ive changed anything mapping wise in forever, then a few months back it stopped working and the dockers are not seeing everything in the shares. I did not manually move anything between the user and user0 i didnt even know that was a thing till i started digging. i never changed my maps its always been /mnt/user/Movies/TV or /HD i only started to play around with mappings after having the issue. all docker paths match from when they were setup years ago. the last big change was following this guide to shrink away two 1tb drives using unbalance so i can upgrade my dual cache drives.. it may be related to this shit.. this may be the issue.. the script was older and the array wasnt stopping. so i found this users comment in that video to create a virtual disk and that helped my blocker but i dont know if i ran the clean up after the array stopped.
December 2, 20241 yr Community Expert Likely unrelated, but one of the pool devices dropped offline in the past, run a correcting scrub on the pool and post the results.

December 2, 20241 yr Community Expert Click on the pool, check "correct blocks" or something like that, and then click scrub.
