November 14, 20241 yr I set up my disks like this, I have yet to get some parity disks, the plan is that the next one is a parity disk. The problem here is that the cache gets filled, and I have told it to send the info over to the array, but it still won't move the files, I have also tried to move the 8tb files to the array, so that I can take out that disk from the computer, but I don't get it to work. I must have set it up wrong, how do I fix it?
November 14, 20241 yr You are likely to get better informed feedback if you attach your system’s diagnostics zip file to your next post in this thread. It is always a good idea when asking questions to supply your diagnostics so we can see details of your system, how you have things configured, and the current syslog.
November 14, 20241 yr Author This is the newest log I have on the flash. nika-diagnostics-20241101-1504.zip
November 14, 20241 yr Those diagnostics are old and taken with the array not yet started. Please start the array and then provide new diagnostics taken via Tools->Diagnostics. it might also be worth mentioning some shares that you think are stuck on the cache so we can check their settings.
November 14, 20241 yr Those diagnostics do not seem to have been taken with the array running as the last thing in them is the array stopping and the system shutting down. if taken via Tools->Diagnostics you should get the zip file downloaded in your browser and the array left running.

The array is running, otherwise I wouldn't be able to write you now, since I'm on a VM.
November 14, 20241 yr Remove the mover tuning plugin and run the mover, if the data is still not moved, enable mover logging, run the mover, post new diags and the name of the share(s) you expect to be moved
