Problem with booting win10 vm

Featured Replies

Is anyone having trouble booting Win10 VM for the first time?
I'm getting the error in the picture when I try to boot. I tried four times now and watched two different YouTube tutorials, it just work then they do it.

VMX and VT-D are on.

That will happen if a bootable iSO is not selected, or if it's a Windows ISO, you didn't press a key within 5 seconds, type exit and it should show the option, including a boot menu.

The driver should be in the virtio ISO, alternatively choose SATA instead of virtio.

You don't need a driver with SATA, something else is wrong.

Well it was looking good till it had a problem with TPM

There shouldn't be any issues with TPM if you are using a current Unraid release.

For win10, you may have a bad ISO, try a different one, or try the English language one, sometimes there are strange issues with localized versions.
