Is it related to github download? How to skip Internet download during boot up

It seems you're using a plugin that needs to download its files on boot and the connection is bad. Not much choice but to uninstall it if that's problematic.

Thanks for help. How to find which plugin causes this? Attachment is diagnostics file after boot up.

Since you say it stays stuck for a while you could note at which time it does so and then look at the log afterwards to see what it was doing then. This log suggests it got stuck on rclone.

BTW you're on 7 beta3, beta4 has been out almost a month. Make sure to upgrade to beta4 and update all plugins, since betas are meant for testing it's possible the right plugin version for an older beta gets taken down.
