EVE-NG Working Template?

Hey guys,

 

I've been trying to get EVE-NG working for some time now, it just seems the install gets hung up and loads indefinitely. I've tried following the write ups here: 

Reading some other stuff online, but I haven't gotten the working combo. That last post is the only real resource I can find to mention steps for getting an EVE-NG up and running, but its over 6 years old now. I've seen tons of other posts of people mentioning that they have it working, but I wondering what I'm messing up.

 

I've tried swapping the drives to be SATA for both the mounted disk drive and the virtual hard drive, I've tried both BIOS and UEFI, I've tried different chip firmware, I've dried raw and QCOW2. Is there something else I'm missing I need to set when creating the VM to get it working? Thanks so much for any help!

    3. Adjust your preference.
