November 20, 20241 yr Good Day I got an bzfirmware error and read on the forum to replace these with the new ones ( i didnt know what version i ran). After replacing the files i connnected a monitor on my server and then he started until promt for name and password. November 20, 20241 yr Community Expert That prompt is to allow the root user to log into a Shell session to run the BASH shell. You should be able to access the WebGUI from these instructions: https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/getting-started/quick-install-guide/#connecting-to-the-unraid-webgui If not, log into the server using that login prompt on the monitor and type the following command: diagnostics When it finishes, it will tell where it stored the Diagnostics file on the boot drive. Note the location. I believe the following command will shut the server down cleanly. powerdown Pull the drive and plug into your PC. Upload the file in your next post.
