new server - I want to start from scratch - but no default folders get created

Featured Replies

.
I purchased an HP Z620 workstation to set up a new server. And I wanted to start completely from scratch.

So, I've plugged in my Unraid USB stick, which was previously plugged into an old PC, into the new server and booted it.
After the server had booted up I was also able to log into the Unraid GUI on my PC without any problem.

The server has, among others, 2 SSD hard drives of 500GB each, with which I created a mirrored ZFS pool device named Zpool and Zpool 2.

But no default folders get created automatically. What is the part I'm missing here ?
Do I have to create them manually? Really don't know how exactly should I proceed ?

Default folders are created when you enable Docker and VMs.    Did you enable Docker before booting with this flash drive?

No I didn't, they were already activated from the previous installation on my old PC.
But look what it shows when I open the settings for the Docker and the VM Mananger.
What should I do here ?

You need to disable docker and then re-enable it to get default Docker related folders created.

Ok I disabled docker and then re-enable it and got the default Docker related folders created.

Thank you very much, it seems that this did the trick..
