How can I stop this happening? I have unmounted all my rclone instances, shutdown all my docker containers but I still end up having to push the power button because of the above happening.

Is there anyway I can avoid doing an unclean shutdown in this scenario in future?

There's something using the pools preventing them from unmounting, retest after booting in safe mode with docker and VM services disabled, if it works, retest after enabling the services and plugins one by one.
