Hardware Swap - Can't get IP adress

Minisforum decided to end it's life, I replaced is with a BEELINK and now I'm having issues getting it to grab an IP address. 

 

I've deleted the network cfg to let it generate a new one.  Here's what I'm currently using:

USE_DHCP="yes"
IPADDR=
NETMASK=
GATEWAY=
BONDING="no"
BRIDGING="yes"
 

 

 

Diagnostics attached,
