CM Stacker (STC-T01) case and 15 HD's

I have the original CM Stacker (STC-T01) case that has 12, 5 1/2 bays.  Each bay has an IDE removable enclosure in it.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to add 3 additional (SATA) drives without using three  4 in 3 bays?  I would then need to replace 9 enclosures and would prefer not to.
