need help updating sabnzb

Ok recently bought and unraid and love it got sabnzb running and now it says that there is a upgrade available and i have no idea how to install it, can someone please point me in the right direction

    How did you install sabnzbd? If it is with the plug-in, restart your server.

     

    If you used the unmenu .conf, changing all instances referring to the old version to the new version should work. After updating the .conf, restart the server, :)

    Not entirely sure about the .conf, but I know its as simple as restarting the server with the plug-in

    a buddy of mine built the server and installed it for me and he doesnt know how to upgrade it so the config file is that in the flash drive or the cache drive?
