Everything's seemingly been running smoothly for weeks but logged into Unraid tonight noticing my Dockers tab was disabled, and errors in my logs suggesting my flash drive might be failing?

I wanted to ask for help verifying that this is what's going on, and what the right course of action would be to keep from losing any crucial data and getting everything healthy?
