December 2, 20241 yr Community Expert Do you have the Mover Tuning plugin installed? If so try removing it to see if that fixes the issue. What Unraid release are you using?
December 2, 20241 yr Author Hello again, thank you.. No i do not have that plugin.. I thought that maybe i already had the files on the cachedrive.. But when i go to the drive to see what files are stored i cant see anything else than appdata.. Thank you!

Mover cannot move open files and those services keep files open.

You need primary storage as cache pool, secondary storage as array and mover direction as array->cache. if you post your diagnostics we would be able to check your settings.
December 3, 20241 yr Community Expert The diagnostics show that the 'appdata', 'system' and a share anonymised as 'D----r' are set with the cache as primary storage and nothing as secondary storage. As was mentioned earlier to get files to be moved from array to cache you need cache as primary storage, array as secondary storage, mover direction to be array->cache, and then run mover with docker and VM services disabled as described in this section of the online documentation accessible via the Manual link at the bottom of the Unraid GUI. In addition every forum page has a DOCS link at the top and a Documentation link at the bottom. The Unraid OS->Manual section covers most aspects of the current Unraid release.
