Cannot add disks to array, no option to add

Array is stopped.  I wanted to add recently finished pre-cleared drive.  But there's no option to add.

    Try clearing cookies/other borwser, if it doesn't help reboot unraid.

    @KilrahRebooting works.  After a while, browser shows the same once again.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
